PantryMetric

Terms of Service

PantryMetric's tools are provided free of charge for general cooking and baking reference purposes. While every figure is sourced (see the Methodology page) and every effort is made to keep the site accurate, PantryMetric is not a substitute for professional food-safety advice, and storage and safe-cooking-temperature guidance should be treated as general guidance, not a guarantee of safety.

Storage durations and safe minimum cooking temperatures are sourced from USDA FoodKeeper and FSIS data as of the date noted on each relevant page and reviewed on an annual cadence. When in doubt, throw it out — this site's guidance never overrides your own judgment or a doctor's advice regarding a specific health concern.

Paid products (such as the Kitchen Conversion Pack) are fulfilled as described on their respective product pages. Questions about an order or a purchase should be directed to contact@pantrymetric.com.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PantryMetric is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on a conversion, substitution, or storage figure, including but not limited to a failed recipe or a food-safety incident. Users are responsible for independently verifying any result used for a consequential decision, particularly food-safety-related guidance.
